Introduction to Pre Engineered Buildings


Pre-Engineered Buildings or PEBs are steel constructions consisting of primary and secondary mechanical members including roof and wall sheeting along with other building components. As per client requirements Ardee Engineering manufactures pre-engineered buildings with trappings such as trusses, ventilators, skylight, doors and windows, alongside equipment hoists such as crane systems etc.

Recognized by its low rise, wide span design, pre-engineered buildings have been largely used for non-residential constructions such as factory workshops, vehicle showrooms, warehouses, hospitals, shopping malls, and aircraft hangers among other industrial spaces. Although it is not uncommon to see PEBs used for smaller constructions such as vehicle garages. Owing to the custom design which allows the pre-engineered buildings to be lightweight, sturdy, and stable, they are preferred over other types of non-residential construction.

The pre-engineered buildings are cost-effective, durable, flexible and easy to install while being an environmentally friendly alternative. These structures are easy to assemble, low on maintenance, extremely strong, weather-resistant and secure.

  5. Approved vendor for supply, erection and commissioning of PEB structure with a built up area 36,000 Sq. ft. for M/s. Navayuga Engineering Company, Hyderabad, Telangana.
  6. Handled supply, erection and commissioning of PEB Structure with a built up area 63,000 Sq. ft. for M/s. Jayamma (Asian Paints warehouse), Mysore, Karnataka.
  7. The supply, erection and commissioning of PEB structure with a built up area 9,800 Sq. ft. for M/s. Bindhu Aqua Industries (Factory Building), Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh.
  8. Supply, erection and commissioning of PEB Structure with a built up area 2, 98,000 Sq. ft. for M/s. Krishnapatnam Port Company Ltd., (Cargo warehouse), Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
